Why are HTTPS requests not captured?

• The certificate is not installed.
• The system proxy is not enabled. Check that a key icon appears in the status bar.
• The domain uses SSL pinning or advanced protocols such as QUIC.
• To avoid affecting system functions, HttpShark adds system domains to its built-in blocklist and does not capture requests from system apps.

Does traffic capture affect normal internet access?

Yes. After HttpShark intercepts requests, it may not be able to forward them correctly to their destination, which can prevent an app or website from displaying normally. Your device's network returns to normal after you stop the proxy.
